Dr. Fraser emulated loving what you do and doing what you love, with family, friends and collaborators. Dr. Fraser developed NVSU through an idea to support people with vocational services for people with Epilepsy in the 1970’s. Quickly the demand for his quality of services expanded to people with Neurological Conditions. His reach expanded annually.
A Board was created to further the creative reach to help people gain independence one person, one job at a time based on his mission.
We miss him so much.

VICTOR JANUSZ is one of Seattle's busiest and most hapless piano men; 15 years as Brunch pianist at Saltys on Alki, long-running engagements for Canlis, Columbia Tower and the Washington Athletic Club. He likes to brag about command Performances for President Obama, CEO Steve Ballmer and headlining at the Palace for Sylvia O'Stayformore.
SYLVIA O‘STAYFORMORE has been the consummate hostess in Seattle since 1997. Sylvia is a local celebrity having preformed over 2000 drag shows, brunches, fundraisers, benefits, cabarets, radio shows, movies, weddings, premiers, openings and plays She also does fundraisers for different political and charitable organizations that she has a passion for. On a serious note though, both "Personalities" hold meaningful positions as well in Senior Care & Support: Sylvia is currently Activities Director for Brookdale in Admiral Heights, and Victor just "re-started" his 14th Year as a Music Therapist for people living with stroke and dementia/Alzheimer's at the Kline-Galland Homes.
